This page contains the results of my many years of research of the descendants of Heinrich Furrer of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, including the Mississippi Furrs. Additions or corrections are welcomed. I have also collected some information on other Furr families, particularly the Virginia Furrs. I believe, but cannot prove, that there is a connection between the North Carolina and Virginia Furrs. I and other Furr researchers are also continuing our quest for the ancestors of Heinrich Furrer. There are two likely candidates, but so far no definitive, primary-source material to prove which one is correct.
