The portal “In Memory of the Heroes of the Great War of 1914-1918” was created by the Russian Ministry of Defense with the support of the Federal Archival Agency and the Russian Historical Society. The information resource is the first official bank of documents on participants and events of the First World War and provides users with a unique toolkit for searching and restoring the fate of those who served in the Russian army from 1914 to 1918. Includes a database of records of the medals awards, wounded and fallen in the World War one.
