The Genealogy Project aims at reconstructing the family trees of the Asia Minor refugees, Greek-Orthodox inhabitants of Asia Minor and Pontos (the Black Sea region) who were expelled from their homeland after the Asia Minor disaster in 1922, and took refuge in Greece. EXULANTEN Mailing List Exulanten is the name given to the Protestants that were forced out Austria (estimated as many as100,000) during 16th to 18th century. The largest wave of about 22,000 left the Salzburg area in1731/32.
