The membership applications generally include dates and place of birth, names of parents and siblings, religion, profession, place of residence (at time of application), and medical information. Among the fraternal organizations represented at the IHRC are the National Slovak Society, the First Catholic Slovak Union, the Slovenian National Benefit Society, the Order of AHEPA (Greek), and the Order Sons of Italy in America.
