Bremerton, Washington. The Puget Sound Navy Museum is one of twelve museums funded and administered by the U.S. Navy. With the Naval Undersea Museum (NUM) in Keyport, WA, it forms Navy Museums Northwest (NMNW). NMNW is a unit of the Naval History and Heritage Command with headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The Washington State Library in Tumwater, Washington offers a free obituary look up service from their collection of Washington State newspapers on microfilm. The newspapers are not indexed, so you will need to provide the name, date of death, and location of death. Submit your requests to our Ask A Librarian email form. Please limit your requests to no more than three names at a time.
