The Wakefield Museum consists of three wings, each wing having two floors. Each of these wings contains displays of Wakefield memorabilia such as The Governor William Avery Display, The Children’s Room, Vintage Clothing, School memorabilia, a Country Store, a Turn of the Century Kitchen, an African Display and many others. Admission to the museum is by donation.The mission of the Wakefield Museum Association is: To serve as custodian of the history of the community of Wakefield.
